The internally staffed Talent Acquisition team told me that honesty and transparancy were at core values. However, after 40 minute chat I was told that the role I was applying for had already beeen filled and that they would keep my file for records for previous roles. I did feedback that it would be more honest and transparant had I been told that the role had been filled prior to the interview (prep time and interview time).
