Very disorganized from the initial phone call throughout the process. Constantly changing parameters/dates/requirements for next steps. Recruiter was professional and timely with responses at first, but hiring managers were ineffective and inefficient every step of the way. Neglected to give me crucial information before scheduling me to interview with client company, and then did not call to follow up. I removed myself from consideration for the position - red flags all over the place.
