Two rounds. Pretty easy. Just trying to see how good you are at talking to people. I missed several questions and still got the job. Don't need to prepare at all. Just come looking nice and you will do fine.

The interview process consisted of two rounds and moved relatively quickly. The first round was a phone screening with a recruiter that focused on my background, interest in sales/fintech, and comfortability with sales. The second round was a virtual interview that went more in depth about communication skills, handling rejection, sales mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Overall, the interviewers were professional, transparent, and energetic throughout the process.
