Pretty quick, and straight forward, just asking me what I wanted to bring to the company. I was drawn in from the start to want to work for the company.

I arrived on time but they had me wait for over an hour to be called in. They then informed me the position had already been filled two days earlier ("Oh, no one told you while you were waiting?"). They then invited the individual who filled the position into my interview, making it extremely uncomfortable. They also tried to convince me to be a sales rep, which would result in a commission for the man interviewing me. A job was offered but significantly below the pay range I was told and in an entirely different department. I wouldn't be surprised if employees at this company are told to make glassdoor accounts to write positive reviews because there is no way this place should have as high of a rating as it does.
