I interviewed with the P&C manager and discussed my previous work and equipment I'd worked on. We talked about equipment we'd worked with casually, I believe he was feeling me out on my actual technical skillset without actually quizzing me. Very tactful. I met some of the owners who seemed nice and very interested in bringing me into their team after I got to know them.
