I applied online, with their career portal. A recruiter reached out and set up an HR interview. HR talked to me about what shift/location/unit I was interested in. Then I moved on to interview with the Nurse Mngr of the unit. He asked me scenario questions. Lastly, I did a 5 hour job shadow in the unit.

they sit down and went over job took a drug test tb. and took a back ground check. and show me around.and ask question ask me how do i get along with people. im a people person
