The interviewing process was very straightforward with four behavioral interviews back to back. Questions included situations in my past where I had to manage teams, as well as difficulties that I encountered in those situations and how I overcame those difficulties. The hiring managers were also very honest about the work environment at Precision Castparts in that it is a very challenging work environment that focuses on constantly improving, and setting targets that stretch even the most ambitious manager.
