Flew me out to interview, rented me a car, treated me well, asked a lot of industry specific questions. They were kind but and very obviously needed to hire someone as soon as possible.

I had a pretty easy interview process, it was easy and quick. From my first interview to an official offer it took about 2weeks. But things slowed down after that, my first start date was a month later, then it kept getting pushed back like 3 times for a total of another month and eventually I started on a Tuesday or something
