Consisted of two stages, stage one being a 5/10 minute face-to-face brief on the job and what to expect, as well as some general questions. Stage two was a full day outdoor assessment, followed by another interview. The first stage could have been done via phone or video call to save time and money, as I imagine many candidates do not live that close to the central office, and would have to pay and travel for quite a short/brief interview. The job advert could also specify certain accepts of the role a bit better, i.e. specifying the outdoor sales aspects so that candidates more suited will apply and candidates less suited will not.
