Very casual. Briefly walked through my resume. Just wanted to get a feel of who I am and what were my interests. The interviewer briefly explained my duties and potential responsibilities and then met the rest of the team at Precept. Small office, very friendly, very casual. I do not think Precept will be taking interns such as the position I was offered, but whenever they do need interns, I would highly recommend looking into this internship just for a good start in the money management industry.
