The first interview could have been done over the phone, as it was more of a pre-screen/questionnaire. I was called back for a second interview and did well. The hiring manager said it was close but they were going with another candidate since they had already done a tour of the company. Shortly after, I got another call back saying they changed their minds, and they wanted to bring me on to work for them. During the entire process, the manager seemed very distracted and unable to give her undivided attention to the interview. However, the company culture is very laid back while also professional.
