The process wasn't difficult but it was incredibly long. I had 6 interviews that included 10 people (multiple people in each interview). In the final round, they were talking to 2 or 3 people, including myself. At the end of the process, I was told they decided to start their search over again with new criteria. This took over 5 weeks and while I appreciate getting interview experience, this was a big time commitment for being told they weren't selecting any of the candidates. I did see them repost the job the next week.
