Fairly straightforward, I had a skills assessment followed by a phone interview. She said I had done well on the assessment but I did not get past the phone interview stage.

After applying online, I was asked to take an Excel assessment. I then had a phone interview with the director of the team. I was asked to come in the next week for an in person interview where I talked one-on-one to various members of the team. Everyone was welcoming and kind.
