The interview process comprised two rounds: a general interview and a Human Resources (HR) interview. The interview process was relatively straightforward and primarily focused on entry-level qualifications. I was interviewed for the head office position, and the manager responsible for that department conducted the interview.

Interview was conducted due to employee referral program.Telephonic interview with HR and Operations Team were done. HR give the final confirmation over mail. All documentation work were done on the plant site itself.
