The interviews were awesome. It started with a simple phone call to see if I were truly interested, from there I had my first and second interviews at their office in Novi. Super easy, awesome interviewer and extremely open about what the company has to offer me as an individual but also me as a team member of the larger home remodeler in the nation. Nothing was shadows and mirrors, everything was super open and honest. I loved it.

First step is a phone screen, followed by 2 in person interviews. After that hiring manager will reach out. Then you are apart of in person training. And can basically move freely anywhere in the company. Training is also paid.
