Received a call about coming in for an interview. Came in had to wait for 15-20 minutes in the waiting room. Interview was pretty standard, what can you bring to the job, name some times you used customer service , how would you handle a disgruntled customer etc. Went well for the most part. Afterwards I reached out about the position multiple times to them via email. They had 3 or 4 people on the email chain they sent me, and I only recognized one name of the manager who interviewed me. When I followed up on the interview, I emailed in and had 2 of the other people I didn't talk to email me back (which was confusing). The responses were slow, took them a week or two to email me back.
