They ask you to fill out a spreadsheet with missing parts, while they sit next to you. Codes are wrong and missing, and you supposed to find that without ever working there. This company have interviewed a lot of people for this role and turn each one down for petty reasons......even the recruiters are getting fed up of it. If asked to apply for a BA role here, don't. They will fault you for every little thing they can find. It's almost as if they are doing the interview to make themselves feel important.
