Applied on LinkedIn and received a response from a recruiter. I set up a screening call with a recruiter. I was then set up with a call with the hiring manager. I was then given an assignment and then did a round of interviews. From my personal perspective and experience, Postscript was not diverse at all because every person I spoke to was female and Caucasian. My advice would be to understand the demographic and the people interviewing you before you even begin a preparation otherwise you'll be wasting your time.
