The interview process was thorough and included 6 interviews and a homework assignment. The assignment did not take up too much time, and while 6 interviews is more than your average amount, everyone made the process so easy! They were warm, welcoming, and provided direct feedback. I had the opportunity to meet all 3 founders which is a critical step when joining a startup, it's comforting to know that you will be lead by great leaders. They made it a point to make sure you truly understood the role, and felt comfortable with the culture and mission. The interviews were laid back and conversational, but of course make sure you research the company and are sharp during your interviews! After accepting the offer the team has continued to keep in touch and express their excitement about me joining the team. I'm pumped to join and can tell this will be a great experience already!
