I had a phone interview with HR department and then subsequent in person interviews. One with the department director and one with the CEO. They were very difficult interviews, they take their hiring process serious.

I interviewed with Postali over the course of about 6 weeks. From the beginning, I could see they put lots of effort in their interview process which comprised of a couple initial value-based calls to get to know the company and position, followed by a few final calls before getting an offer. A background check is also required in the process. Jenna made the entire process go so smoothly. She went into great detail about the work, the benefits, and Postali’s culture. The final round of interviews involved meeting the SEO team virtually and completing an assessment which allowed me to use my knowledge in a real-word scenario. These also included answering typical questions related to SEO, which sparked conversations about my personal strategy and approach. In my case, I audited an existing website and explained the steps I would take to optimize the site; whether it involved on-page optimization, link building, content creation, etc. I throughly enjoyed displaying my skills and having the opportunity to walk through my work with the SEO team with the hands-on assessment. Postali then offered me the SEO Specialist position which I happily accepted. They were also very accommodating in giving me a flexible start date, as I was going on vacation soon after accepting the job. Overall I had a great experience interviewing with Postali. The team truly emphasizes their company culture and seeks to find those who would fit well within the team.
