Went through a phone interview, an in-person interview with the team, and then a third interview with supervisors and Executive Director. Was asked questions about the harm reduction approach (an ideology about serving clients who maybe abusing substances), and a few questions involving representation of clients who may be committing perjury in court and how you would handle that situation if confronted by the judge about it.

I saw them have an open-position post up for months. I received a quick email back from the hiring representative to set up an interview time. Then they requested two panel interviews. One with the person that would be my direct manager and the managing attorney. The next with the ED and the managing attorney.

Entrevista
Panel interview with three of the supervising attorneys in a conference room. Typical interview questions (why do you want to work for us, why did you decide to go to law school, etc.) Very friendly, but difficult to read as to whether they felt you were doing well with their questions. Described their organization and job responsibilities in detail, and that they all enjoy working at PRC.
