First I had an interview with a recruitment company that was very simple. They basically just confirmed everything on the CV. Then I had to do a logic test, fill out a document that was kind of a CV but in more detail and answer 4 questions. After a few weeks I was called to an interview at Porto Editora. There were 3 interviewers. The interview was extremely invasive, with very personal and judgmental questions. They wil insist on the same questions over and over until you contradict yourself. It was the most horrible job interview I've ever had and lasted for about 1h30. I felt like I was being interrogated. They offered a great salary and benefits, but if the interview is any indication of the work environment, probably isn't a good place to work at.
