PGE brought 4 groups of 5-20 people in for a temporary CSR position; we all were brought into an interviewing room for computer testing. We did typing tests, tested our computer knowledge, and then put on headphones and listened to examples of customer calls and chose responses on the computer about the best way to respond to the customer's question or problem. It wasn't stressful, but the interview did take about 2 hours. I heard the recruiter tell another interviewer that her ability to speak Spanish was a bonus. Seems like a fun, somewhat corporate work environment. I have known a few people that work there and they all said it was a great company to work for.

The interview process was seamless. I was contacted to fill out an assessment. I quickly heard back to schedule an over the phone interview and was immediately offered an in person interview the next day. I was offered the job the same day of the interview. Everyone has been super nice and professional.
