The process consisted of two parts: a casual pre-screener over the phone and then a longer interview which was done via a video call (Google Hangout). The first call helped the firm get to know me professionally and personally. I in turn, was also able to learn more about Poprouser through the first call. The second interview was longer and more challenging. However, I was given materials from Poprouser to help me prepare. The team guided me prior to this interview and their philosophy seems to be to help their potential candidates - not to judge beforehand if one is the right fit or not. This second interview focused on my working style and what plans and vision I had for my position.
