I sent a CV and transcript to a professor and got a position. There are usually interviews, but for me I got the position without interview. It took between 1-2 weeks for me to get an admission letter from the university.

I just spoke to my supervisor. She was very helpfull and answered all my questions. As I was the only candidate there was no alternative so she just wanted to see if I was still interested.
