The interview process started off with an invitation to a prescreen call with an associate to investigate salary and experience, then a Thomas international behavioural assessment and finally a case study with the CEO.
The problem starts with the case study as the person conducting it left at the start to do his own stuff and came back at the end to go over the answers. He was responsive to my questions and seemed like he didn't want me from the get-go. once I went through the answers with him, he straight up said you're not going to get the role, without even proceeding to the interview. Just a waste of time. afterwards, I found out he was the partner of the company. Avoid this toxic environment.
