Hiring Drive was conducted for HR and not less than 90 plus candidates would have come. Side by side they had sales interviews going on. Less seating capacity and wait till was too high. While I saw Interviewers running between rooms to manage crowd I still feel they should not have kept the hiring drive for sales on Saturday. 3 interview rounds and all judge you in different aspects. Your attitude, communication & flexibility is what they look at.

Interview process was very well organised and the interaction was very professional and insightful.
I applied online and i was called directly for 1:1 interview. The process was candidate friendly and simple.The interview typically started with filling up an application form consisting of 3 sections - education details, past employment details and personal details. The 1:1 interview was conducted post the submission of application form, and after clearing the 1:1 round, final round was conducted by the Senior management. Overall it was a fruitful and memorable experience.
