Applied via indeed. Phone interview scheduled but was rescheduled 10 minutes after I was left waiting by the phone. That to was via email not phone and was rescheduled twice. Had an interview with the hiring manager who forgot her notes so she was asking questions off her memory. Was advised I would hear back in 1-2 weeks but no replies to my follow up emails. It would have been nice to receive a thank you but no thank you email. Our time is valuable too.
