Not very ethical. Interview mostly consisted of questions trying to probe for ideas and IP. Followed up with a prediction project, but this felt like a thinly veiled attempt at mining for information and strategies. Decided not to proceed.

Very technical based for multiple rounds (6+) focusing on calculus, probability, stats, and a few brain teasers. There is a coding test at the end, where you are given a certain time frame to submit back.
