you first talk to a BD person before doing a model test. After passing, you would meet different PMs and analyst for 1-on-1 interviews. the whole process takes a long long time. you would need to prepare stock ideas for both long and short.
spoke with two biz dev people and one PM. biz dev people asked basic interview questions about prior deals I worked on and why I want to be in the industry. PM talked through stock pitches with me.
Interview process was straightforward and professional. It included an initial screening, followed by conversations focused on background, fit, and relevant skills. The interviewers were generally prepared and asked practical questions related to the role. Overall, the process was organized, though timelines and communication may vary depending on the team.
