One round of phone interview, and one round of on-site interview. Reasonable interview questions, a few challenging one. But for people with a solid background in designing and implementing trading systems, they assess your knowledge and skills fairly.
The real issue is that the actual job did not need those sophisticated techniques involved in the interview, so maybe it wasn't idea for an candidate to answer all the questions perfectly.

C++ reference collapsing, finding bugs in short printed C++ programs.

Entrevista
Not very difficult. The interviewers were helpful and sweet. The hiring manager was rude and disinterested.
The first round is a tech screen.
After that is the onsite. The onsite consists of 2 technical interviews (AI assisted coding, ML system design) and one behavioural/leadership round with the hiring manager.

Tech screen: Hit an API to get JSON Data. Parse all the pages with custom filters and parse the data to answer the questions around aggregates and stuff. Some question about web parsing at scale.
