Meet in campus recruiting event. Previously applied online and afterwards got email to schedule onsite interview during the campus hiring. The slots are tight, I think more ard 20-30 was schedule on that day. Mine slot was around 12:00pm. before interview in waiting area met my interviewer briefly introduced ourselves. When we went in the interview booth, got an laptop with vm installed along with several paper sheets. Asked a intro-problem, solved on paper and coded in a vim. Then came an design question, asked clarification more time I thought, and took another 30 minutes to finish, after that brief chat.
