The interview consists of a written assessment, a case study and 2 to 3 interviews. One interview will be about the case study, another will be about the fit to them firm and there will also be interviews with the academy coach
I applied for the Point72 Academy summer internship in Hong Komg and the first round is the hirevue, which took for 5 mins, and there are two questions. After a week, i got phone interview.

Entrevista
First round is a case study - long or short research report / pitch. Second round is with HR and almost entirely behavioral. Final round is with the head of the Academy program and basically entirely technical - will grill you on your pitch and drivers of the stock price.
7 rounds - thirteen technical questions that I absolutely just guessed because I had decent finance knowledge and did it. Otherwise its not too bad and you need to know a lot about markets, case study, FMV modelling, and other stuff
