Entrevista
The interview consisted of four stages:
- Screening with internal recruiter
- 30 minutes with the PMO lead
- 45 minutes with the head of professional services
- 30 minutes with the PMO lead and head of Tech
Overall, the three interviews felt very similar and could have been condensed into a single interview with the right structure. Questions felt a bit woolly and not well defined / planned. Some competency questions but many others not competency.

Entrevista
The interview process at Point of Rental was straightforward and well organized. It consisted of four rounds, including both technical and behavioral interviews, and took just over a month from start to finish. Overall, the experience was smooth and efficient, with clear communication at each stage. I found the interview process to be relatively easy and focused on assessing both my professional expertise and cultural fit within the company.

Entrevista
First stage: 20 mins call with recruiter, basic, just went over CV
Sent over pdf with basic info of role
Second stage: hour call with hiring manager, basically just asked to read CV again in own words, then explained company and role again.
Asked no questions really to do with the role itself, and explained things that most people would have learned through research
No communications after, no acknowledgement or thanks for time, no answer to follow up questions.
