Never have been through a process much like this. The management of the bank makes you take a personality test and evidently the results are the win or lose of if you are hired or not. The first round of interview and interaction with the recruiter was excellent. After being hired and learning that my personality test results was the only thing that allowed an interview seems very odd to me.
