The interview process was simple. I was prepared to answer questions about security experience and I knew security terminology. The hiring and application process took the most time. If the company wants to hire on the spot they are prepared to hire on the spot.

One on one between myself and interviewer, asked about prior employment and why seeking employment now! Educational goals in the long run outside or with the company! Questions about if I was related to anyone in the company now or a past employee!
