No formal process, I had to ask for next steps and what to expect at every turn. No conversation about salary or benefits to begin the process. I was passed between three different people, none of which knew what was going on with timing. One of the worst interview processes I’ve ever been a part of. I had to reach out 5 times after the first call to finally hear back 2 weeks later that I would be meeting with someone else. After the 2nd interview I had to reach out to all three people involved again for 2 weeks until one day out of the blue I got an automated decline email. After spending 8+ hours interviewing and researching the company I would have lived a human response as to why I wouldn’t be moving forward. But after the disaster of a hiring process I’m glad I’m not working here.

Recruiter round - It was easy round, Hiring manager round - This interview was mostly about past product experiences and then Product Case Presentation round - This focused on Product features, prioritization and stakeholder management.
