The interview was conducted online and consisted of three stages, along with a design task. The first interview was with the HR manager, followed by a second round with the hiring manager and a teammate. The final stage involved senior-level directors from the department. The entire process was smooth and took approximately two weeks. The interviewers were friendly, and the conversations were pleasant. However, despite receiving positive feedback from all stages, I did not receive an offer.
