3 rounds total that were very straightforward: Round 1: Phone screen with recruiter. Gauged my background and overall fit for not only the role but PS as a whole. My recruiter was top-tier and really set the tone for the rest of the process and what to expect from PS. Round 2: Convo with HM. More technical dive into my background/experience. Felt like a natural conversation even with the structured and situational questions asked. Final Round: Met with two team members. This round was very much around PS's core values and how I aligned with them and vice versa. Still was very conversational and felt like I was getting to know my future teammates. Overall the interview process was streamlined, human-centric, and borderline 'fun'.
