Had a recruiter reach out to me on LinkedIn, and after messaging a bit about the role, we had an initial phone conversation. I was still interested in the role, then had subsequent conversations with the hiring manager and director over the role. All of the conversations were informative and helpful. After the interviews they sent some cognitive and personality assessments, and encouraged me to prepare and study in advance.
