I found the job online that appealed to actors who needed flexible schedules to audition. I submitted online and they emailed me back to set up a phone Interview. It was very casual and friendly. After the interview was done, they said they'd like me to come to the office and meet more of the office for an In-Person Interview. I met two more managers, one who I would be reporting to directly. That was also casual and friendly. They asked the standard sales job questions, but more fun questions like "What song did you listen to most recently?"
