The recruiter was very helpful and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Spoke with several other product managers, and was asked to present a case study. Very professional experience all around.

Entrevista
An internal recruiter contacted me. We had a follow up phone conversation and HR screen. The recruiter gave detailed background on the company and the position and scheduled a Zoom interview with the hiring manager a couple of days later. The interview with the hiring manager was interesting, a back and forth conversation about our experiences and where mine relate to the position.
The recruiter called me back within a few days and let me know that I wouldn't advance to the next interview. He gave me specific feedback on my interview performance. Getting direct feedback after an unsuccessful interview is rare and is very much appreciated.
The interview process was quick and efficient as far as getting feedback. However, the interview itself was a waste of time. The recruiter that I was working with was very helpful and they even believed that I would've been a good fit for the role. The hiring team knew that I was lacking experience in certain areas but in spite of that they knew I would still be capable of doing well in the position. I spoke with the hiring manager for 30 minutes to which they spent most of it telling me more about the role. I only had about 15 minutes to convey my interest in the position and how my skills would be a good fit. The hiring manager had expressed they would be interested in speaking with me again. A few days later, I was rejected but the feedback that I was given is what I felt was unfair. I got word that the hiring manager felt that I didn't express my interest in the role enough. Problem was, I didn't get enough time to speak to that at all. Some companies aren't looking to hire you. Some of them just want to have a friendly chat to pass the time. Keep this in mind.
