The interview process was very refreshing. It felt very relaxed & natural while the team were still asking me important/relevant questions. Each interviewer also made good effort to get to know who I was outside of work - really living up to Pleo's values.

6 relatively brief conversations with different stakeholders- including Head of Talent, Head of People, People Partners and VP Sales. Overall I loved how each step was relaxed, felt more of a conversation than an interview. Interesting discussion of ideas to shape the talent function at Pleo. Everyone seems smart, open and honest- I was very impressed!
