The interview process was very succinct, thoughtful, and well organized. The HR and hiring team were extremely communicative and timely throughout, and I never felt out of the loop regarding timelines or next steps. The process included an initial screening with the HR team, a work sample, a work sample review with operations leadership, and an in-person interview with the building team. While I was not initially selected for the role, the HR team stayed in touch, provided clear and honest feedback, and kept me informed as things evolved. When a new opportunity opened up, they reached back out and re-engaged me in the process. I’m very grateful for the transparency, care, and professionalism shown at every stage.
