1st - phone screening, 2nd - phone background and they sent a homework for me. After that was onsite interview with 5 ppl for 5 hours. First 2 ppl asked about the basic Python questions. 3rd and 4th was a manager, asked me also basic questions(testing methodologies, framework) and general things(salary, why SNEI, work environment, and "what will you desire to the manager"). 1st and 2nd phone screening process was pretty smooth, but after 3rd on-site interview, I wait for 2weeks and got rejection email. Overall was a good experience for me.

Gauntlet of 6+ interviews. Multiple tech screenings and system designs. Poorly coordinated. Recruiter uninterested and unresponsive in general, didn't follow up on my questions and got ghosted at the end. One of the interviewers had poor communication skills and it was the most painful interview I had ever had in my career.
The interviewing process is straightforward. first resume screen, then phone screen, then one tech interview with manager, Then there's the final round panel interview with behavior questions. . . . . .
