Had multiple rounds of interviews, was given glowing feedback after each round and told they were making a decision by EOW and to expect to hear back. In a tale as old as time, I never heard back. Ghosting candidates who have completed multiple interview rounds is rampant at the moment, but still poor form for a company that spends a good portion of the interview process selling their culture of open communication and respect. Rejection is part of life, investing 5 minutes into a phone call to deliver bad news and provide feedback is an unpleasant but necessary part the process that should be taken more seriously. Everybody I met with was friendly and it did seem like a genuinely good place to work up until the ghosting.
