Entrevista
I agreed to have an interview with them on a very short notice - like two days after my initial call with their HR. On my arrival, I had a quick convo with their couple of their HR's and a quick chat with their tech lead. Even though HR promised me there won't be any coding or tech deep conversations, that tech lead asked me to do some coding on a piece of paper and had some technical questions to me. The weirdest thing is that the interview took place in their cafeteria which is basically dark walkway with tables in it with people constantly passing through the area. They booked an hour for an interview, but it was done in about 25 minutes and I never heard back from them. I guess they're too busy to provide any feedback.

- First part of the interview was with a person from HR to go through your resume, talk a bit about your experiences and to learn a bit about the company. Also talked about compensation - they were only offering minimum wage for internships.
- Second part they have you write a test on your own for about 40 mins. There were questions that tested general computer science knowledge, 2 logic puzzle questions, and 2 coding questions. The questions were pretty simple and doable.
- Third part they give you 30 mins to work on a practical assignment on one of their laptops (in my case, code a simple web page with html/css to meet their specified requirements).
- Last part, 2 of their web devs came in to chat about your background and any questions you may have. It seems as though there have been some miscommunications between the devs and HR as they really wanted backend experience in a language they did not specify in the job posting.
