We genuinely appreciate all feedback, as it helps us continuously refine and improve our approach. However, we believe your review may not be based on having applied for the Head of Finance Operations role. At the time it was written, we had conducted interviews with only three candidates, all of whom expressed positive sentiments and remained engaged in the process. Furthermore, before interviewing with the founder, our candidates for this role have at least one more interview with another team member, in which they receive a lot of information about what we are building. Regarding the point about "low trust in the existing team", the existing team is in fact, an integral part of the recruiting team, fully embedded in our collaborative ways of working.
That said, we acknowledge your feelings and are sorry to hear that you left with a negative impression. It's important to us that every interaction with our company is positive, and we regret it was not your experience.
