The easiest interview I've done was very straightforward they mostly want to know who you are as a person and if you are you can work with a team and I got an offer the same day
met at lowes in the garden area and asked basic questions then offered me the job. not much else to say about it. thirty words minimum okay fine still not there yet

It was a basic phone interview with the area manager. The questions were simple and the interviewer was very nice. The process did not take long and I started working within a week or two from the interview.
