3 stage interview process. Phone interview with Jess who was lovely, then a video presentation and finally an interview with CEO and sales manager. One asked normal interview questions and the other asked more curveball questions. They were quite late and took a call through the interview. Regardless, they were pleasant and apologetic. Made it to final interview but never heard from them afterwards. Tried following it up but had no response. It was advertised as account management but in final interview told it is heavy telesales & cold calling
